It is really about passion, we believe in our product purely because of the excellent quality it provides.
Craig is a South African who is no stranger to travel and has sampled wines from all over the world. Yet his heart still lies at his country of origin and is passionate about sharing his love for his home grown ‘fruits of the vine’.

Are you shipping the wines directly from South Africa to Hungary?
Yes we are! In addition, we are proud to announce that we are the first Hungarian company to import Organic wines from outside the European Union into Hungary.
Do you have personal experience with the wine estates?
Definitely, we have visited most of the estates we source from and can assure you that we have taken great care in selecting the wine range we offer you.
Are you taking care of our environment?
For sure, we partner with estates that have the same mindset as us. We take preserving our planet very seriously. From point A to point Z we consider the impact of our actions on the environment and will continue to do so until we are absolutely certain that we are not creating a negative impact on our precious world.

For the delivery of your wines we ensure that we are using natural products that can be recycled or simply isn’t harmful in any way. Our local delivery partner, GLS, takes social responsibility quite seriously too.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

• all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
• Bank Transfers

What currencies can I use?
We accept payments in Hungarian Forints only.

Time of delivery
For the products available, the delivery time usually takes 2-3 working days. We are informing our customers about the phases of the order by e-mail, and we utilize the SMS service by our carrier.
Orders have to be placed before noon the day before delivery.
As the delivery time varies depending on the shipping address, we can only inform you if you order.
Prices & Options for delivery
For standard delivery, we charge a flat rate of HUF 2200.
Within Budapest, we deliver personally, every Tuesday and Friday and we are bringing same-day delivery options soon!
For orders outside Budapest, we utilize our shipping courier partners.
For now, we can only ship within Hungary.
Damaged goods
If the wines ordered, are not delivered due to breakage or delivered broken, we will replace them and redeliver.
In such an event, we kindly request you to take pictures as we need them when following up with our courier service.
We would happily replace any breakages and if the wine is out of stock we will contact you and suggest an alternative.
What if I don’t want to pay for a shipping?
Simple, at checkout, select in-person pickup from the shipping options and give us a call to arrange your visit.
We will happily await at our showroom!
Otherwise, if you are in close proximity to us, we will personally deliver. Otherwise, we use GLS as our courier partner.
May I visit your showroom in Budapest?
Yes of course, simply message us and we will respond as soon as we can. We are happy to share as much information as we can facilitate your emergence into the rich culture and heritage of the South African wine industry.

We take care of everything. Contactless delivery, wearing masks, sanitizing. We are on it!
