Syrah
With a deep purple ink colour, this voluptuous wine entices with subtle floral tones and plummy richness. The entry is juicy and bright leading to a round palate that combines flavours of ripe plums and dark chocolate. Rich, lingering fruit; firm but integrated tannins. Each of our wines is linked to a specific flower – the characteristics of the wine are symbolized by that particular flower on the label.
Herbae (Herbs) – Our Syrah has powerful perfumed aromas of fennel, thyme, rosemary, violet and oregano, much like one would experience whilst strolling through a herb garden.
